Our experienced designers, project managers, field crews, and support staff work together from the early planning stages through construction. With design and building expertise working side by side, we can guide you to make informed decisions, coordinate the details, and keep your project moving forward.
Many of our trade professionals are part of our in-house team, giving us greater control over quality, scheduling, and communication. We also work with trusted trade partners when a project calls for additional expertise.

As Design Team Leader at Gridley Company and Certified Interior Designer, Lisa brings over 15 years of residential design experience to her role. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Chico State and seamlessly blends her formal education, certification, practical experience and artistry to lead both clients and the design team through every phase of the design and remodel planning process.
Lisa works closely with homeowners to bring their design visions to life, balancing creativity with functionality and always considering how ideas will translate to construction. She loves a challenge and embraces each one as an opportunity to develop innovative solutions that result in cohesive, harmonious designs. Dedicated to ensuring every client feels supported, heard, and well-cared for throughout the entire planning and design journey, Lisa’s collaborative mindset and passion for thoughtful design help bring personalized, beautiful spaces to life.
In Lisa’s spare time, she and her husband, Spencer love cooking together, traveling, and spending time with their fur-babies, mini-schnauzer mix Jasper & black lab Maverick.

She loves knowing that her work helps make the remodeling process smoother for our clients and easier for the entire team.
When she’s not keeping projects on track, Kim enjoys spending time at the pool table, whether she’s playing a friendly game of billiards or enjoying some competition. She also loves spending quality time with her daughter and relaxing at home with her cat.

Outside of work, James’ spends his time hiking, cooking, playing and listening to music and working on various art projects.
